i found the staff very friendly. rajesh kumar ji specifically made sure our needs were met. food was excellent during all meals, and the stay was beautiful.
The room lacked a view. I booked one expecting it. the room was not clean. i found hairs in corners and the room was humid. there was also a noisy dehumidifier.

I had a special time at this beautifully restored palace. The staff showed really good hospitality, politeness, and professionalism . The Romantic room I booked was perfect, with gorgeous decor and a comfortable bed. I especially liked the hot shower and the amazing views from the small balcony.
The only minor inconvenience was the limited availability of shops inside the hotel. I wanted to buy some handicrafts or postcards, but there were none. This would add to the experience, especially given the hotel's rich history.
